When it comes to internet advertising there are a few main factors to consider. First is your advertising budget and the other is how to get targeted traffic from your ads. Getting tons and tons of internet traffic to your web site or blog is great , but the most important thing when reviewing paid vs free advertising is getting the audience that you want. Since targeted advertising is always usually superior, the best way to get these targeted clients is to target your internet advertising.

For starters, Set up your advertising budget. Remember the old formula that 20% of your customers will give you 80% of your business, well this is true in advertising. This is an excellent way to get plenty of targeted internet advertising working for you.

You can also try to get some targeted traffic by signing up for Google Adwords and Yahoo Marketing. These are paid ads but you don’t pay unless someone clicks on known as (PPC) or Pay Per Click. Depending on your budget this can be a great form of putting up internet ads but sometimes the price per click is a little high which makes it difficult to get your (ROI) return on investment.
